Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Orca Scan on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Orca Scan"
The search will reveal the Orca Scan - Barcode Scanner app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Orca Scan is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Orca Scan.
Now enjoy Orca Scan on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Orca Scan,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Orca Scan" » then Click "Install".
- Orca Scan - Barcode Scanner will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I love orca scan!

Absolutely amazing. It’s a great tool for keeping tabs on food. Especially when you’re stocking food in the basement. I mean who really wants to walk down there every time you need to go shopping. This app tells you what you have and how much you have! It picks up even more than food. Hygiene products, toiletries, DOG FOOD, cleaning supplies! I love this app! Ps. If you over stock food this app allows you to actually print out your data log. So at the end of every month you can update your prep pantry.

I’ve spent countless hours searching for a simple data collection application and this app fits the bill. So well thought out and easy to use. It’s so hard to find something simple. Everything today seems to be geared toward Windows Mobile connecting directly to a database. We already have an inventory application for a large warehouse and only need something to collect an internal SKU, Quantity and date stamp in batch mode. THANK YOU.

This is absolutely the best app to use when it comes to inventory and customizing to fit our needs!!!! We were looking for something where we didn’t have to create an app or have any major programming things to do (which I don’t have any knowledge of haha). This is super customizable and SUPER easy to use. Plus Thomas at OrcaScan is very helpful and really made this experience much easier to buy and use. Highly recommended!!!

First off, I hardly write reviews. But this app is worth it. Second, I work with computers that need to be inventoried and serials scanned. I’ve been looking for years for a good barcode/inventory/xml export app that is truly customizable. Something that’s easy and streamlined. Finally found it. I would without a doubt pay for this app if I have to.
