Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Speech to Text"

Once Speech to Text is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Speech to Text.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Speech to Text,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Speech to Text" » then Click "Install".
- Speech to Text : Voice to Text will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Does not work with Recordings or Calls

The the app recognition is good if I’m speaking into the mic with my natural voice. However, it does not work at all with recordings or conversations over speaker phone. I have weekly teleconference meetings where I’m responsible for taking notes. These meets are important so I record them so that I don’t miss any key information. I was hoping I could play the recording and this app would work but it doesn’t. It just clocks. I also called my phone, put it on speaker and tried recording live but it would not recognize my voice through the speaker phone. So for my purposes this app is useless. I gave three stars because the the app recognition is great with a natural/live voice. It even omitted my “ums”. It gives you 60 minutes of recording time for each file. You can save a file to your files or email it. I haven’t tested with multiple voices but think it would be great for lectures. Sadly my search continues for an app that can translate recorded conversations to text.
I am just surprised

I am just surprised that there are practically no mistakes, and those that are, appear more likely through my fault, because I don’t know how to pronounce some foreign words or names when there is such a need. In any case, it’s faster to record your the app and correct minor mistakes than type. I think this is just a great app for those who don’t have time to type or just too lazy to do it.
Writes my speech

I adore this this app application in the university because teachers do not provide us with notes. And without this app, I needed to write so much that my hands were not possible to do it! Teachers talk too much and writing it all would be awful - thanks to this app I have lecture notes without any problem :) I have lectures in written form thanks to this app and it recognizes everything really great!
Very convenient application

Very convenient application for those people who spend most of their lives driving in traffic jams. This app allows me, even while driving, to continue to write my book or simply write down important matters for the day. Moreover the app allows to dictate for about an hour continuously.
