Install TPO Listening for TOEFL® Plan app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "TPO Listening"

I love this app, it is really helpful and I like the fact that you can listen to it offline.
Scoring problem

It does have enough listening exercises but doesn’t give you a total score. That’s an only flaw.
