Great app but can’t restore purchases

This is a fun sticker app and the animation upgrade allows you to customize the stickers which I had paid for. I recently had to restore my phone to factory settings (per Apple) which made me download the app again. When I select the Restore Purchase option nothing happens. Don’t want to pay again. I would give it a 5star rating if this function worked.

Great stickers, esp for LDS

Lots of adorable stickers that are easy to resize and choose the motion (bouncy, twirly, shaking, etc)! I especially like the vomiting woman—only a tiny bit gross but I use it a lot! There are quite a few Mormon-specific stickers such a the temple and Golden Plates. They’re fantastic! I wish the app would do some holiday stickers!!!

I absolutely love this app; however, I have tried to purchase several packs, but when I click on "extra", nothing happens. It will only allow me to purchase the featured packs. Am I doing something wrong?

Download problem

I absolutely love this app. However I got a new phone and it won’t let me download it. When I go to the App Store it just has a faded circle with a dot in the middle. Like it is getting ready to load, but it won’t load. Any ideas?
