Gro CRM - Leads, Deals & Sales for Pc

I just love how simple, intuitive and feature packed this CRM is! Our team tried 5 other CRMs and settled on this app. All the other CRMs we tried were way too complicated, missing important features and their support was pretty much non-existent. To date our sales teams has been really impressed with this app! There were a couple of minor hurdles we ran into while getting setup but support helped us work them out :-) They have a really good support team that responds very quickly! One feature we really wanted was their Deals to support multiple pipelines which it currently does not do. So I contacted them and asked if they have plans to support multiple pipelines in Deals. They said this feature has already been completed and it's currently in a private beta along with some other cool and useful features for later this summer. This was a pleasant surprise!!! Our team can't wait to get our hands on the new multiple pipeline feature!!! Note - We gave them some feature suggestions and they asked us a bunch of questions on what type of functionally we were looking for and why our requested feature was needed, etc. We were impressed how this company seems to really listen to their customers and seems very interested in how their system is being used by their customers. Overall this is just a top-notch company and CRM solution!

I have been searching for a good CRM solution for my small construction company for a while now. I tried 2 or 3 different CRM apps from the app store and none of them really seems to be friendly, intuitive or work well for my type of business. Then I found this app! Immediately I was contacted by Sara from support to see if I had any questions or required any help. I told Sara what I was trying to accomplish with their CRM solution and Sara listened to me and helped me figure out a good workflow for our company which was really helpful! this app was the most powerful CRM we tried out of the bunch. To be totally honest I was totally blow away with their customer support! We have been using the the app for about 3 weeks now and everything is working really smooth. We are currently in the process of hiring on 2 more employees as our business is rapidly growing. I was unsure how to add these new employees and get them all setup. So I emailed Sara for some help and within 10 mins she got back to me and helped me out. Their CRM is amazing and so is their customer support! BTW, all the email support has been free even tho that say they charge for support after 30 days. I asked about this and Sara said they rarely charge for support. They are more interested in helping out their clients get up and running and doing what ever it takes to make that happen. Wow Just WOW!!!!

I have tried 3 or 4 other CRM and contact management apps while trying to find a CRM that would work for my startup business. I was getting bummed out because every CRM solution I tried had issues or their support was so bad I decided to bail on the CRM solution all together! Then I finally came across this app on the App Store. After I signed up I was immediately contacted by Sophia. Sophia asked if she could help or answer any questions I might have. I told Sophia what I was trying to accomplish with a CRM. She listen to me, answered my questions and gave some advice. After we were done talking I felt like this company really cared about me and my business!! Not just trying to close another sale! It took me about two days to get everything setup the way I wanted and Sophia helped during that time answering all the questions I had on how best to configure the system for my specific business. I have been using this app now for about 8 weeks and I am very happy with the CRM and the company :-) Moving to a CRM can be a really scary proposition and you do not want to get stuck with the wrong company or product. As It could really hurt your business and make you waste a lot of time you could be spending focusing on your business. I was really lucky to find this app as it has been a blessing for my business.

I was recently tasked with finding a CRM for our small team of insurance agents. Our team had a list of things they wanted our CRM to do such as manage our leads and clients, the ability to get directions to a contact, create quotes, and much more. So we choose some top CRM’s to trial, and this app was the only app we tried that was easy to use, had all the features we required plus their support was really helpful! Their support team talked to us countless times, answering our questions and sent us information on how to get things setup and configured for our Insurance agents. Our agents have been very happy with our new CRM system and we have seen a big increase in productivity thanks to everyone now using this app! Our office was a bit hesitant at first about moving to a CRM because no one wanted to change how we were currently doing things. Now our agents are saying we should have moved to a CRM a long time ago! Update: We have contacted their support team here and there when we needed help or guidance on the system. Their support team has always responded quickly and gave us very detailed answers and help. The this app support team has been an instrumental piece in our team being able to adapt to a new CRM system so easily!
