I love the app but…

The point of the app, is to not have to wait in line and pre-order. But there are not enough menu items on the app and you still have to wait in line if you want something different. Only three bagel choices.

This is a worst dunking donut I ever when true by 9 pm asking for coffee they telling me we don’t have a coffee and worker and friend standing eating ice cream worst experience I ever got from this location in 5701 Columbia pike I’ll ask for costumer service phone they telling me the store run by owner and his in vacation coming back by June 15
