- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "dB meter lite"
- The search will reveal the dB meter lite - noise measure app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Seems to be inaccurate

I measured the noise level in the quiet room on iPhone 6s. Result is 30-60dB. Then I put my iPhone near the blower. Result is short peak to 100dB and then falls down to 60-70dB
Another issue is poor repeatability in the same conditions.
