What is MyHealth Wallet?

The MyHealth Wallet mobile application is a one-stop solution for corporate members of Parkway Shenton, Singapore's premier healthcare provider. The app offers convenience to users by allowing them to check their benefit entitlement, budget utilisation, balance, and submit claims on the go via their mobile devices. The app also provides access to the eCard and clinic locator mobile app.

Software Features and Description

1. As Singapore’s premier healthcare provider, Parkway Shenton now offers greater everyday convenience to our corporate members via the personalised one-stop MyHealth Wallet mobile application.

2. Your claim status will be updated in the mobile application and a notification will be triggered to you once the claim is approved.

3. In addition, with the new online claim submission feature, submitting a claim is now much easier as you only need to take a photo of the receipt and upload the image for submission.

4. Users can check their benefit entitlement, budget utilisation, balance as well as submit claims on the go via their mobile devices.

5. Through the MyHealth Wallet mobile app, you can also seamlessly access your eCard and clinic locator mobile app.

6. We know that it’s no fun being sick, so we aim to make all visits to our clinics and claim processes easier and more pleasant.

Install MyHealth Wallet app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MyHealth Wallet on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MyHealth Wallet"
The search will reveal the MyHealth Wallet app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MyHealth Wallet is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MyHealth Wallet.
Now enjoy MyHealth Wallet on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use MyHealth Wallet,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "MyHealth Wallet" » then Click "Install".
- MyHealth Wallet will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
