iMessages are end to end encrypted, this app offers important additions to this. 1. Your messages require device passcode to unlock. 2. You can authenticate your message with a digital signature. If being able to personally identify yourself and the recipient is important to you then this app offers an excellent value.

Deceptive Marketing

I got a twitter link to install this app after I installed iOS 10. After doing so I realized what other reviewers have discovered, that you can't sign nor encrypt iMessages without buying the 'pro' version for 1.99. So I decided to wait and see some reviews of folks who've upgraded to pro. In the meantime, I can't uninstall this app since it's not an app per se. It embeds into iMessage and just says installed on the App Store in your purchased items list. D'oh!
