This is a great workout but it is really hard for a beginner that is over weight. I would like to see them make a workout just for that otherwise i think this is a great app. Also cant figure out if there is no sound at all or i just can’t figure out how to turn the sound on. I’d like to know when the exercise changes without having to watch the screen the whole time
Terrible app

This is a terrible app no music no instruction just watching someone on the screen do the poses. I got this as I was interested in getting back into doing the app but without even basic instructions this thing is worthless don’t waste your money upgrading to the premium because there’s still no sound and no instruction. Anybody who paid for premium deserves to have their money refunded you should’ve at least mentioned in the description that this has no sound or instruction At least then I would’ve spent my money on an app that I actually had what I needed

I use this 2/3times in a day. I downloaded this app in order to start doing the app in the morning before work, as a way boost my energy and wakes me up.I suggest it to everyone because it’s so easy to use. All the tips are very much easy to makes a body fit and flexible. To enjoy a peaceful meditation all the music are mind blowing. I am very much excited to use this.

When I’m swamped at work, stuck in Austin traffic, or life happens and I just can’t get to the gym in time for that ONE the app class that starts too early day, this app saves the day!! Wish it had music to breathe through so I turned on my insight timer and it worked. All on my phone. Love it! Not for beginners so much but you can get the hang of it.
