Coins, diamonds, pets have disappeared!!

Went to my game app to get my daily rewards. As I was getting them, I noticed that the animation looked different. Almost more clear and more 3D. Then I realized that almost all my coins and diamonds (some of which I purchased) were gone!! Not only that, but my pets were missing from the islands. I used the “restore purchases” button, but the only things that were restored were some pets (and not even the correct pets) on the last island available! There seems to be no way of contacting these people and I’m really irritated about it!! I had adopted all the pets available, with the exception of those that had to be won. I mean, seriously!!! I guess I’m just screwed. It’s a shame, too, because I really liked this game. *Update!!! I am happy to report that my issue has been resolved. There was an update, of which I was unaware. I happened to see it when I was updating another app. Once the update was completed, everything seemed to be back the way it had been. Still have no idea why it happened, but I am happy and very relieved with the final outcome. Thanks for reaching out to me.
Cute but VERY glitchy!

The game is adorably cute and fun when it works, but it constantly freezes up in the middle of levels. When it freezes all you can do is restart the app, which causes you to lose a life in the game. Its even more frustrating if you’ve used a power-up because then you also lose the power-up. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times but this didn’t help. I don’t have this problem with any other games on my phone. Also the aim line for some of the power-ups is inaccurate and the balls don’t always hit what is highlighted, which means you’ve wasted another power-up. Hopefully the developers can make an update to fix these glitches. The game and animals are really cute though! Update on 4/18 The new update deleted all the stars I had saved up but did not give me any coins for them like the update description said it would. Also, I have completed all levels in the game, so I have not been able to actually play the game in over a month. Why does this game not let you go back and play previous levels like every other game does? This is why i changed my rating from a 2 to a 1.
Too frustrating as you advance

The game was cute when I first started, & I love the overall concept of the game since I was addicted to Bubble Witch Saga. I was looking for a relaxing game I could play, & I thought this was it. However, once you get passed Level 40, the levels become far too difficult. I can understand throwing in a difficult level every now & then, but every single level after Level 40 requires at least 10 lives if you aren’t willing to spend the money to get powerups. This is incredibly frustrating for such small rewards when I’m essentially only advancing a level a day & therefore can’t adopt pets or fix the islands. I’ve seen other reviewers write the same thing & get patronizing responses from the developers. It’s too bad because I really wanted to like this game.

I love this game so far. The only thing I wish we could do is move the pets around to different islands or remove them all together. I accidentally clicked on a the app to see what it did when I first started the game and didn’t realize it would buy as soon as you click it. Also I’m having a lot of trouble getting passed level 90. Not enough balls and too many oil ones.
