How to start a meeting from iOS?

Just downloaded and trying out the iPhone free version today on July 27. I am unable to find the start meeting icon. It is only giving me the option to join. Or is it possible that iOS client can start meeting with a paid subscription?
Great App But...

This is a great app but it needs some work. The only problem for me is that it doesn’t work with animation. Anything moving is glitchy. Anytime it switches screens it is glitchy and sometimes it takes a while to load. Hope you read this review! Besides that issue, it’s a great app. I totally recommend this app. Great job and thumbs up to the Team Viewer Creators! Thank You!!

So for 5 days I couldn't use my Skype it keeps saying my status as "not connected". And I had a business call I quickly found Blizz and downloaded on my iPhone . I highly recommend it cause it was great we had a comunicative call it doesn't show any problem with connection. Finally!
An easy-in-use VC software

Blizz has a nice pack of features: lets me schedule a meeting, offers high quality video and screen sharing. The only complaint I have is the very limited number of emoticons. Other than that, a stable and simple tool!
