Can’t understand anything it says

I think it’s a wonderful game but there is no setting on there to change the language to English therefore I can’t understand anything it says and therefore the app dog keeps dying because I can’t take care of it because I don’t know what the buttons mean other than the feeding one maybe if the app is updated I might reconsider getting it again The app description on the App Store is in English and the language on the App Store says it’s English but when you play the game it’s clearly not
