I just started playing a couple of days ago. The graphics are beautiful. The operations are simple to execute. I’m already a bit frustrated though because I can’t advance at my second hospital. I need a paramedic to assign to a task and only have one that I need at the other hospital. I spent $60,000 game money on a recruitment pack only to get a Doctor. It takes so long to build cash and everything is expensive. There should be a way to be able to pick which kind of staff member you want to hire when buying with game money. You can pick if you hire with CVs but I have no idea how to earn those. UPDATE: A previous review was correct and you will get to a point where you cannot progress without spending real money. I currently need the highest level Nurse for stamina purposes to complete an assignment. The Nurse can only be purchased with hearts. I took a chance and spent the hearts I earned naturally on a Diamond recruitment pack and got an Auxiliary. I don’t even know what they are used for. I’ll repeat what I said in my earlier review that we should be able to pick what kind of staff member you get. I might consider spending a little actual money every now and then if there was a guarantee that I could get what I needed and not something random that (in this case) I don’t even know how to use. I’ll continue working on my other assignments for as long as I can but once I’m capped out, I’m done with this game.

I give it 2-stars because it’s a cool game, and it would be really fun without its problems. In order to be successful at this game you’ll need to spend money (real life money). You’ll see what I mean by day 2 at the latest. I’m about to stop playing it because it’s ridiculous to spend money on a game (I’ve already spent $20 cuz I was hooked). The staff needs to be energized and you can only put 1 staff member into the break room, unless you upgrade it which is like 60,000, and there’s so many other things you need to buy that it’s a low priority. So instead you’ll need to buy tons of coffee and energy drinks. Leveling up staff is pricey (it costs money and skills which are in limited supply) and gets more important after level 10. The ads are obnoxious!! Every time I go back to the main screen at least 2 Ads pop up. Every time!! They’re the same Ads too, like get the picture that after the first 5 times I’m not going to buy these things. On top of that you’ll probably fail surgeries because of the game glitching, especially during sutures. The surgeries are the best part of the game so failing them is annoying and you need to have successful surgeries to level-up yourself and to get other opportunities, so failing is also time consuming since you’ll have to redo the surgery until you succeed. Overall, a cool game but not worth tons of money and frustration.

I really do like this game but it needs some major improvements . Earning money is hard and when you do get good money you’re having to spend it on something like to get another employee is $60,000 and it could be a nurse or a pharmacy . You don’t get to choose . It cost $8,000 to get 10 of the training skills which sounds great right ? I thought that meant you can improve 10 of your employees skills. Nope . You only use them on one and then you Realize that you actually have to pay $6,000+ on top of that to upgrade them with the 10 training skills that you thought could be used for 10 separate people . So really $68,00 or more to up the skills of ONE employee . I won’t buy skills anymore. I wait till I get rewards . Oh and upgrading your rooms ! That’s just a rip off . You can only put one employee in a room at a time unless you upgrade . So you spend $50,000 to upgrade your room but the only thing that does is change the time it takes by ONE SECOND! If you want 2 people in a room you have to upgrade AGAIN for $100,000 . And it took 12hrs to upgrade the room the first time, so you can’t use the only break room you have for 12 HOURS! Eventually your people will have no energy what so ever unless you spend 120 hearts to rush the upgrade . Which you have to buy thoSe with REAL money . So I’m sure if you update again it’s another 12 hours you have to wait to use it 😡

When I first started out, I was really excited. I played the small this app games on the computer before I found this game. I loved them. You could choose different types of operations to do. So I thought that this game would have an abundance of operations. It was a bit of a let down though. At first I thought I just had to keep playing and leveling up, it made sense for that to be the case. After a few weeks I realized that wasn’t the case. There is a small variety of operations. That’s not what really gets on my nerves though. It is really hard to get money, UNLESS you update the rooms(which takes a lot of money!) or to pay for it with hearts(which takes real money!). Not to mention it takes 12 hours for a room to update! And you can’t use that room while it’s updating, leaving you in a bad spot if you have a time limited event. One thing that needs to be updated is the card packets to get new workers. It cost 60,000 dollars in the game(and if you remember it’s hard to earn that) and then there’s a big possibility that you’ll get a duplicate card. There shouldn’t be duplicates. I have around 15 doctors, 10 surgeons, and 15 nurses. But I have one axillary worker and two paramedics. I need more axillary workers! But every time I get a packet, I get a doctor, surgeon, or nurse! I do not need another one of those!
