1. This project is led by a team dedicated to improving the health of adolescents and young adults in Baltimore City.

2. The team includes the Johns Hopkins Center for Adolescent Health, Department of Pediatrics, and the Center for Community and Child Health Research.

3. Y2Connect is designed to find health and other resources for young people in Baltimore.

4. It is guided by a community advisory board consisting of Baltimore City community-based organizations and institutions.

5. Y2Connect is an initiative under Project Connect Baltimore.

Install Y2Connect app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Y2Connect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Y2Connect"
The search will reveal the Y2Connect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Y2Connect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Y2Connect.
Now enjoy Y2Connect on PC.
