Install MINI ORION FPV app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MINI ORION FPV"

Look I wanted to be able to see a sunrise and i did not know how to sync it to my drone please update the app or tell me how to sync it

The app works great. Connects perfectly to the drone. The live feed will sometimes freeze depending on the WiFi strength, otherwise it is a great app.
