A fan of Calm Radio, but not this app!

It crashes everytime I launch it. This has been going on since I joined this app 2 years ago. While they have tried to resolve the problem, they've never been successful, and this app is just useless. If this will be your only way to listen to this app, save your money and don't subscribe. There is a workaround. Go to the this app site and download the URL list for iTunes. Create a station(s) in iTunes radio and the app will play perfectly. (Another example that the problem is with the app, not the service.) The sad part is that their iOS app isn't much better. While that one doesn't crash, it stops and sputters during playback, no matter what quality stream is chosen. Immediately switch to Apple Music or Pandora, and the stream is fine, proving that the problem is with this app, not the phone. Too bad that this company can't afford or identify a really good developer who could resolve these problems once and for all. They're a very good service with a great ear for mixes. Unfortunately, with this app, you won't be able to listen to them.

This is one of my favorite music apps. The collection of soothing music to relax with is wonderful. From classic to modern and everything in between. I had a problem with my subscription because I forgot to renew it, and I need my ad-free the app! I re-upped the wrong way, and it got very confusing. But the customer service was fantastic, and worked with my account to get back to my original subscription rate. Definitely thumbs up!
Can’t Download URL To Stream In Itunes

I am a loyal fan of this app since I bought a lifetime membership BUT I annoyed that you can no longer download the URL into the open streaming function in iTunes. I want to play this app through iTunes and not their app which crashes at times and is very clunky to use and specifically can not FIND older streams. Maybe I am missing something but I want the URL’s to load into my iTunes again. This is why I gave this app 3 stars for right now.
App Works Beautifully as Advertised

Installed quickly, works as advertised, sound quality is excellent. Running on macOS High Sierra. Also works concurrently with iTunes without any issues. In fact I have iTunes running all the time on my Mac and start this app application without interference or issues. Easy intuitive interface.
