Hopeless

What a waste of time this was. First, I get 3/4 through the game and was shut out, I tried everything to get back to the game, nothing. I deleted the game and started over, losing all my puzzle pieces and morphing objects. I'm a calm soul so I began to pick up the puzzle pieces and morphing objects, got to the same place and was shut out again. I tried one more time, ignoring puzzle pieces and morphing objects and was able to reach the end only to find out that the bonus game wouldn't load. I was told I couldn't play the bonus game before completing the main game. For me that was 'game over'. Another thing, the game was full of puzzles but sadly lacking in HOs. Big disappointment from Elephant games. A word to BF how about a new game once in a while instead of constantly offering old games. Big Fish a new game every day, seriously.
Only play it twice yrs apart.

I bought this game Sept 2016 and I love this game!!! I love all of the this app titles. When I finished the whole game and it was a long game, I played it again. Will fast forward Sept 2019, I was downloading this game and hit the already purchased and it said It could hide no record of this purchase. I went to the record of purchases and there it was. But the game wanted me to pay again. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me with this company. A couple of games said I can no longer play in this country (US) but I paid for these games all the same. I’m getting tired of this company taking my money and not giving me access to my software. Buyer beware. Good game, horrible service/shakedown.
Some screens are too dark.

This is a common problem. A lot of the screens are too dark to see while playing in a room where there is outside light coming in. In the puzzle where I had to find pairs of objects, I couldn’t see half the objects. I was also disappointed that skipping a puzzle meant that I could not try to solve it late. I didn’t see that explained anywhere. I thought it meant to skip it now with the intent of coming back later.

Enjoyable game, though I only played the free selection and it was a pretty good length. The puzzles were different, which was nice, but the directions for using the lock pick were poorly written. It took a bit of time to figure out how to do it. I wish there were more HO scenes. They were few and very far between. I would buy it, but I don't think these games are worth the prices BF is asking. When it goes on sale, I'll probably buy it. Map is good, with teleporting. Hint is good, too. Update. It's now on sale and I bought it. It’s another of the good old games that used to be offered by BF. Much better than the "new" games.
