Fitness by T is a mobile app that offers a 12-week workout program designed by Taylor Chamberlain. The app provides weight lifting workouts and full-body circuits with built-in rest time between sets and exercises. Install Fitness by T - Gym Programs app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using Fitness by T on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Fitness by T"
    • The search will reveal the Fitness by T - Gym Programs app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once Fitness by T is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Fitness by T.
    • Now enjoy Fitness by T on PC.

  1. To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
    • Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

  2. To use Fitness by T,
    • Login to the PlayStore we just installed
    • Search for "Fitness by T" » then Click "Install".
    • Fitness by T - Gym Programs will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

    After following Taylor on instagram, I could see she knows what she’s talking about and just a genuine person. In addition to wanting to support her, I wanted a more structured workout routine and this was exactly what I was looking for. It is a great program for growing great glutes and an overall balanced/strong body. Hands down, deserves 5 stars. There are a few typos in the exercise descriptions and some descriptions don’t seem to completely match up with the exercise video clips. And the exercise video clips are so short that it is sometimes hard to see what the movement should look like (eg the cable glute kickbacks). Regardless of these things, you get the idea and there is still no reason you shouldn’t see amazing results. Thank you, Tay!

    I have worked at a gym, had a trainer (who was awesome, but expensive), tried other online programs and finally found Taylor. This app is extremely easy to use and follow. The workouts are intense and I can tell they will produce great results, but you can use whatever weights you want, so it's not intense enough to be too hard to do. I absolutely LOVE the timer that is incorporated into the app. I have never seen one like that and it is extremely helpful. The only thing I would add to the app is a place letting people know that bands will be used at times, in case the gym a person goes to does not have the extra pieces necessary for the workout.

    I’ve been following Taylor’s Instagram for a few months now. Before the app (Phase 1) launched I had started incorporating many of Taylor’s workouts into my own & I noticed that I was getting stronger and incorporating more variety into my workouts. The app is perfect for me because it is very structured and detailed. I love the little clips/tips that help me with my form. Every exercise basically describes where you should feel the exercise and that is super helpful! Taylor is so real when it comes to dieting tips (she encourages flexible dieting) and has awesome dieting/macro tips in the phase two nutritional guide. Love this app! So glad I purchased it!

    I am a this app lover and I love to try different things when it comes to exercise. Trying new workouts is what makes working out fun, which is why I found this app. I love Tays videos online and I find her to be my biggest this app-inspiration but, I am not a person who can just give $60+ for a this app app that may or may not be worth the time/money. I feel like the price should be cut in half, at least. Please, if anyone actually reads these reviews and implements them into a better app for everyone, lower the price for the sake of people who don’t have that $60+ to spend.💙
