What is Fitness by T?
Fitness by T is a mobile app that offers a 12-week workout program designed by Taylor Chamberlain. The app provides weight lifting workouts and full-body circuits with built-in rest time between sets and exercises. The app is suitable for beginners, intermediates, and advanced users, and exercises have easier and harder versions. The app requires an active internet connection to use and saves program progress locally on the phone.
