Can’t Firmware update

The first device I was able to FW update. The next two devices I bought unable to update FW. It’s great for monitoring the app condition and how the alternator is performing. I use AGM batteries so the condition status are a little off. I have 2 units in the truck ... one for the main the app and the other the auxiliary the app. The third unit is connected to the car.

Works great until it crashes

Got the app installed worked correctly one time. After that I connect to the devices and it connect about 10 seconds and the app crashes. iPhone 10max

Easy connection and Bluetooth setup. O got this for our RV the app monitoring. I like the history graph and helps to understand the charge and discharge of my our the app. A small issue that prevented the 5 star. The date field on the daily history graph is too short to display the day of the month.
