Easy to use

Initially their is a glitch to operating this, that is because the FIRST time you use it, and it updates your components, your di2 becomes locked. The work around is to switch to a different device another phone or tablet, with the E-TUBE project software loaded, and get it reconnected (you won’t see any lights or movement, but it will search out and rediscover your di2. The new connection finishes where it left off from the old device, in upgrading your new components, and then you can go back to using the old device, or stick with the new one. After you get through the above mess, setting the unit, changing cog settings and even making micro shift adjustments are a breeze. Just gotta remain calm through the initial setup.
Still haven’t fixed firmware updates

Will not update firmware no matter how I’m connected or what device !!!!!
Without fail this app will brick the Di2 battery

Avoid Di2 firmware updates with app. It will brick the battery and the only way to restore battery is with the Di2 PC/Windows programmer.
This app is worthless

It won’t connect to my Di2 junction box, so it is basically worthless. At least Shimano makes nice components...
