Wonderful app

As for the free plan, it still can satisfy my needs. Its high-quality video and audio make me communicate with my friends and group members smoothly about the projects we’re doing. Features like whiteboard, screen sharing, polling are also available for explanation if necessary. I will continue to upgrade the plan as I need more functions and find this app quite reliable. AND, I want to say, its support team are very friendly and are willing to answer my questions when I need more information about the service.
Refusal to Delete Free Account?!

I tried the free account and didn’t like the way it operated on Google Chrome. Sent an email to the support team requesting the account to be deleted. Flora responds back ask why — I replied back that it was too complicated. Instead of deleting my account, Flora says “it’s easy to use. Try it, and then it will be deleted”??!!!!! Super turned off by poor customer service in negating my experience instead of being curious and paying attention that I actually did or simply accepting my response and following through. If you don’t want to provide the option for users to delete their account on their own, then respond respectfully and quickly when they do request it. I’m not here to provide you a user head count!

the app is innovative and inexpensive. It is both a video conferencing platform and a webinar tool. Sometimes we use its meeting service for team discussion and sometimes we use its webinar service for employee training. Both of them have the important features we need like screen sharing, white boarding and sending messages. Most importantly, it is the software that delivers wonderful video and audio performance. Very good.
