What is SIMPLe Bipolar?
SIMPLe is an app designed to track the mood of patients with bipolar disorder and provide them with personalized psychoeducational messages. The app also allows users to schedule medication reminders, track prodromal symptoms of relapse, and record stressful events. As users engage with the app, they earn medals and trophies as rewards for their motivation. The app is exclusively available to participants and collaborators of the SIMPLe project developed by the Bipolar Disorders Program of Barcelona (IDIBABPS, IMIM, CIBERSAM).
1. La aplicaci贸n SIMPLe ofrece la posibilidad de realizar un seguimiento del estado de 谩nimo en pacientes con trastorno bipolar recibiendo mensajes psicoeducativos adaptados a cada estado diariamente.
2. Por el momento, el acceso a la aplicaci贸n y sus funciones s贸lo es posible con un usuario y clave prove铆dos por los investigadores del proyecto en el contexto del estudio OpenSIMPLe.
3. Esta aplicaci贸n es de uso exclusivo de participantes y colaboradores del Proyecto SIMPLe desarrollado por el Programa de Trastornos Bipolares de Barcelona (IDIBABPS, IMIM, CIBERSAM).
4. Adem谩s de forma simult谩nea permite programar horarios de toma de medicaci贸n, s铆ntomas prodr贸micos de reca铆da, registrar eventos estresantes entre otras muchas funciones.
5. Al ir utilizando estas funciones y leer los mensajes psicoeducativos, la aplicaci贸n va recompensando la motivaci贸n con medallas y trofeos.
