Download an Android emulator for PC:

Good tool

You'll either need to know the app coding or be able to find a good the app template (Google "this app code template). Program has a nice "Preview" button and then automatically creates a signature file and saves it in the appropriate folder for you. Tool worked as described.
Does not work

I tried this app, and it does not work. It will show up in my mail as a signature, but the image is always missing, and the format never stays. It looks like I just typed up the signature.

Why spend $6 a month for an email signature when you can easily code your own with a bit of the app. This tool isn’t anything fancy but it just saved me hundreds of dollars. I found a premade the app signature and modified it to work for me. I pasted it into this tool and like magic I had a beautiful signature.
