Purchase problem

Hi. I bought 100,000 coins for $4,99. the app purchase went through and the app money was deducted from my account but no coins appeared in my screen. Why?
Unfortunately now the app game froze. Anyway, I will reinstall it and see what happened. I am sure it is a technical error that has nothing to do with you. I will keep checking and let you know what happens.

Dear developer,
I am happy to inform you that after checking my account several times, I found my $4,99. Apparently, the app game screen showed a message accepting the app purchase of the app 100,000 coins and deducting the app $4,99 from my account. However, no coins appeared on my game screen. So, I sent you several messages to let you know what had happened.
I kept checking my account. Then, I decided to reinstall the app game after it had frozen. To my surprise, I found out that the app $4,99 was not deducted from my account despite the app game message stating that it was. Anyway, I thought you should know.

To show my trust, I decided to try again and I repurchased 100,000 coins for $4,99 and it was done successfully. Thank you.

This game is awesome, it downloads and installs in seconds, and is a lot of fun to play. I have been playing it for a while now and never got bored! Every stage has a wonderful entertaining challenge to finish. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.
