My flight was cancelled and so my arrival time had changed. I called multiple times and no one answers. Then I emailed them and no one responded. Finally after 2 hours of calling a customer service rep answers. I told her that my flight was canceled and my arrival time had changed. She responded, “ yeah we know, you emailed us.” She said that it had been changed. Guess what??? No one picked us up from the airport and it really was devastating. It was after midnight and the car rental places were closed. Terrible company.
If you have Flight delay prepare to pay full price for your scheduled transportation

poor customer service with no flexibility to reschedule transportation due to flight delays furthermore charging customers the total transportation fee that they have not used . It is a shame that we were asked to contact airline to get reimbursement for the transportation Never use this app again and I will not recommend anyone else
good, but it lacks the best !!

the application is very fluid and the graphics are good, but the only problem is that I can not choose for how many people is the reservation, I can not tip the driver, those options do not appear. It's the only bad thing he has. I hope you do an update for that problem.
