Pill in time

I like this app for recording my medications and dosages. I find the Treatment Course to be confusing. What does X days in X day mean? I may have a particular the app I take 3 times a day, but I find no easy way to record that fact. Apparently in some places label colors are used for certain drugs, my labels are all white and that is not a choice.
Did I take the medicine?

Is there a way to check the medicine off when I take it to know that I have taken it? My big thing is to insure I take the medicine On a regular basis. A reminder is good but if you miss it, thats a problem.
