*I find this app is amazing and time saving. You almost have everything you’re looking for at your finger tip! *The shopping list idea is great BUT it allows you a certain number (100 items only) and I think it should be higher or left to customer choice. *Another thing is the out of stock issue, it’s really annoying I hope they fix it or at least update the app content continuously. *Some of the products which are actually sold in the store do not appear in the search and you need to go there physically and get it, you need to add all the available products to the app. *The home delivery idea is good but in order to benefit from it on the same day, you need to place your order early in the morning. *Pick-up orders time should have flexibility, for example if I ordered at 04:00pm to be picked at 10:00pm and the order is picked and ready at 08:00, then I should be able to collect my order earlier! What is the point of waiting another two hours to be able to collect it?! *There was a glitch in the app (happened once) after I finished picking stuff to buy, the cart was emptied suddenly I hope it doesn’t happen again because it’s annoying and time consuming. *But in the end it’s really a nice app that I recommend for those of you who don’t want to waste time running around the store to collect items! ***And the developer really should fix the problems I mentioned earlier because it will give the customer the best experience.

I downloaded the app as soon as it became available and had no problem viewing images. I’ve only used the app to browse items but for a he past two days I’ve been trying to use the app to request delivery but unfortunately (after deleting and downloading the app twice), I still cannot view images.

I have used the app 4 times. Groceries were always delivered when promised. There were items left of the order due to he item being ‘out of stock’ and the pickers don’t know the difference between parsley and coriander. I complained and got a call back the next day. As services go in KSA, this is pretty good.

Good app - needs some improvements in terms of design and speed. The delivery was on time. Good customer service. You should note that if a product is not available, you won’t be refunded in cash. You will have it as a store credit in your account only.
