Install IEHP Smart Care app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using IEHP Smart Care on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "IEHP Smart Care"
The search will reveal the IEHP Smart Care app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once IEHP Smart Care is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including IEHP Smart Care.
Now enjoy IEHP Smart Care on PC.

Lacking functionality.

The app never works well for me. Whenever I try to open any tab, I always get an error and tells me to call to get the information I need. I have had this happen for months now and it is not okay. The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because I can look at certain things but most things give an error.

I would give this app a 5 star if I wasn’t just for one member I have my kids that I would like to add but instead i have to be singing out all the time.
Am I missing the "doc directory" pp mentioned??

This app would get a solid 5 stars if I could just use it for the one thing I'd really like use it for: finding doctors! I see that you're able to search for PHPs so long as you're wanting to change yours, but--as far as I can tell!--there's no ability to do a proper search for an the app provider. I'd e-specially love to be able to look through those specialists...I HEREBY HUMBLY REQUEST THIS FEATURE! THANK YOU!
Frustrated

This app used to be great and I’m not sure what happened. It seems the only thing you can use it for now is for you ID card and to see past prescriptions. Anything else I try to look at tells me to call the 1800 number. The whole reason for the app is to not have to call the 1800 number. For example, I am trying to view my lab results and it says there is an issue with that function and to call the 1800 number for assistance. Hopefully this can be fixed soon otherwise it’s a useless app taking up space on my phone 😕
