Install Sound Meter - Decibel Meter app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

Inaccurate sound levels.

A quit Room in my home with only residual noise from the HVAC produced levels in the 70 dB range. This is grossly inaccurate.

A noisy room and a silent room give close value at about 70. Poor thing.

Silent room still measures 75db. A waste of space on my phone. :(
