What is Kitchen Rock? Kitchen Rock is a cooking app that was launched in May 2017 with the aim of making cooking more enjoyable, meaningful, and easier for all Vietnamese people. The app provides a complete menu for daily meals, along with detailed instructions and images for each dish, as well as tips for cooking quickly, deliciously, and avoiding failure. Users can adjust the amount of ingredients for the number of servings and create a shopping list with the app's basket function. They can also create their own cooking notebook by saving their favorite recipes and menus. The app is updated with new recipes and menus every Monday and Thursday, and all dishes are cooked and quality-checked by Linh Trang, the founder of the food blog www.savourydays.com, the YouTube channel www.youtube.com/savourydayscom, and the author of the book series "Baking Diary."
1. Để thực hiện sứ mệnh này, tại Kitchen Rock, chúng tôi gửi tới bạn không chỉ gợi ý thực đơn đầy đủ cho những bữa ăn hàng ngày, mà còn cả cách làm của từng món ăn với hình ảnh minh hoạ chi tiết các bước, cùng rất nhiều mẹo để nấu nhanh hơn, ngon hơn và tránh thất bại.
2. Hàng tuần, vào thứ hai và thứ năm sẽ có các công thức món ăn và thực đơn mới được cập nhật để bạn sẽ luôn có các gợi ý phù hợp thời tiết và các loại thực phẩm theo mùa.
3. Tất cả các món ăn này đều được nấu và kiểm định chất lượng bởi Linh Trang (người sáng lập blog ẩm thực kênh YouTube và tác giả của các tập sách "Nhật ký học làm bánh").
4. Bạn cũng có thể tự tạo một cuốn sổ tay nấu nướng của riêng mình bằng việc lưu lại các công thức và thực đơn yêu thích.
5. Kitchen Rock chính thức ra mắt vào tháng 5 năm 2017 với mục đích giúp cho khoảng thời gian trong bếp của tất cả người Việt trở nên thú vị, ý nghĩa và dễ dàng hơn.
6. Ngoài cách làm, trong mỗi công thức, bạn có thể tự điều chỉnh định lượng nguyên liệu theo số khẩu phần ăn và tạo danh sách đi chợ với chức năng giỏ hàng.
