Software Features and Description

1. WMWC is the official radio station of the University of Mary Washington located in the historic city of Fredericksburg, Virginia.

2. Our radio personalities stream music from our station, located in the Woodard Campus Center, on a weekly basis.

3. As always, if you like the app or would like to email the developer with any questions/suggestions, please go to the "Contact" tab in the app and find the "Developer Support" section.

4. Our DJs can play music from their own collections as well as our station’s archives.

5. WMWC has been student-run since its establishment in the early 1940’s.

Install UMW Radio app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using UMW Radio on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "UMW Radio"
The search will reveal the UMW Radio app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once UMW Radio is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including UMW Radio.
Now enjoy UMW Radio on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native UMW Radio Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use UMW Radio,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "UMW Radio" » then Click "Install".
- UMW Radio will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
