Horrible Application

The content is okay, but this is certainly NOT a mobile/user friendly application. The user experience is one of the worst I’ve seen used. It takes a while to load. I tried the ‘experimental’ video player, and although there is a setting to go back to the legacy version it doesn’t save the option. I took the exams and it gave me a 0% when I got most of the questions correct (and you can’t go back and review your answers after you leave). I play videos on 1.25 speed time you click ‘next video’ it defaults to 1 speed, but if you click it once it jumps to 1.5 speed so you have to cycle through them all. The content isn’t bad, but PLEASE make this application user friendly.
Great Service, Great Content, very buggy app

I am a big fan of this app and all the awesome content the team makes. This app however is very buggy. It regularly crashes as I try to download content for offline viewing, as I stream the apps UI will lock up and I have to close the app and reopen to pause and replay/switch videos. The app regularly will not load all the content in a course, there are just white spots where there should be video links, I really hope this app improves but if it does not I recommend continuing to use this app through a browser.

Hi all, For the last couple of months, I thought the issue was on my iPhone 11 until I got on the reviews and saw a lot of people were echoing the same sentiment as me. My iPhone 11 is how I consume your guys content on a daily basis but for the last couple of months the app has been a miserable experience. The quizzes are messed up, whenever I select an answer it says it’s wrong even if it’s the right question and it also shows me an answer that I didn’t even select. I can’t go into any courses either. It just spins and spins until my phone goes into sleep mode. The course tracker is also buggy as well. Please fix the functionality so I can keep on learning
Love the platform, but the app litterally doesn’t work..

Every time I open the app no content is available on dashboards. I see a lot of reviews from a month ago complaining about this and devs responding saying it’s fixed by now. It’s not.. Additionally, every time I go to view a course to watch videos no content loads. The app, in my experience, is nothing more than a glorified catalogue of the courses on this app with no additional functionality. Please fix these issues so I can use the app on my phone and am no longer forced to use Safari to watch the videos.
