A few weeks ago there were so many tasks in my area but as it so happened, everyone in my household was sick with something or another during these few weeks and naturally, we chose to stay away from public areas to avoid spreading our sickness. And now that we are well, there aren’t any opportunities! Supper bummed but I’m hopeful and keeping my fingers crossed hard for more companies to have a need in my area to use this app very very soon!! I am giving the app 5 stars for now because the photo challenges are neat and the instructions for opportunities seem laid out well and fairly understandable. I guess we will see how well I understand them when it comes time for me to complete my first assignment. At that point, I will update my review. But for others wondering if you should try it out? I say go for it! What have you got to lose? Especially if it is a store you were planning to visit anyway! Good luck!
Not too bad but...

I’ve used this app for almost four months. And I’ve like the pay on observations and ease of the questions. Customer service has been sub par. I’ve been given excuses and felt slightly ignored when certain situations come about. I’ve been paid on a consistent basis when a change in patterns were notice and I questioned I was referred to wrong information. Long story short I did almost 10 this app in one day almost 48 hrs haven’t been paid for 5 of my observations. I’ve been paid for observations that I’ve completed after the ones I haven’t been paid for. It took over 24 hrs for some of them to be validated. But per the apps “help” section when will I be paid, and it clearly states that payment is almost immediately following validation. And I was told it could take up to a business day. This information is not stated anywhere in the “help” area for the app. This I very discouraging especially after almost doing 90 observations. I may not have done the most or the been the best but at least I thought I would be seen as a valued Observer.

First off, I’ve tried over 50 different apps and probably over 80 companies who claim to offer a similar opportunity. So far, not one even comes close to the this app platform. All tasks are well explained, the support actually responds to you, and most importantly you actually receive your compensation faster than any other so called companies claiming to offer freelance projects. Thank you this app, but I was almost hesitant to write this review because I don’t wanna give away my secret gem. That or I thought to discourage others from signing up because once someone works with this app it’s hard to tolerate any other company. Hands down the best platform of all and I just wish I could add more stars to the review because I haven’t even found a service that’s a close tie. 1# in all aspects of this type of service.

**I am not a paid spokesperson for the company. In no way am I paid to write this review, but I’m so pleased that I couldn’t wait to get home and share!** First time working a job on this app and with this company. I read the description of the job I was eyeing and needed clarification. I emailed their support team who got back with me in less than 15 minutes—on a Sunday! They helped me with my question and I went about the job. My advice: Read the instructions carefully. Double, no, triple check your work. As long as you’ve done everything as asked, you will be paid. Once they approve, you’re paid. Automatically. No rewards points, no waiting until you hit a certain amount to cash out, none of that. Automatic. Anxiously waiting for more jobs!
