Install Colordot by Hailpixel - A color picker for humans app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Colordot by Hailpixel on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Colordot by Hailpixel"
- The search will reveal the Colordot by Hailpixel - A color picker for humans app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Colordot by Hailpixel is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Colordot by Hailpixel.

Disappointed. Hope for good updates in the future

I really hoped this app would allow me to type hex codes and have the app suggest colors to go with ones I have chosen. I feel there are not enough controls in the app, like being able to go back and see which way to move fingers for color changes, name palettes, more than 3 colors per palette. Also, not sure if this is a me problem but one I found a color I liked I could not shift through light/dark colors, maybe needs better directions?

This is one of the better color pallets apps I've used. The color control feels intuitive and natural on the iPad.
There are a few improvements I would like to see: Being able to choose a color from Camera Roll photos and being able to rearrange the colors within the pallets.

I bought this app a week ago. I really like the new approach to building color pallets by using the camera. Unfortunately this app was not working well on iPhone5. I reported the issue and in less than 10 days the App was updated and the problem fixed!

It's not what I expected from description

I thought you could choose a color and the then the app would offer suggestions for various color palettes to choose from as inspiration. This doesn't "create" anything really; you're doing all the work. Not as helpful as I thought
