Destination Solitaire for Pc

The game concept is fun and addictive I’ll give them that. But the game freezes quite often, specially when I’m close to winning and need more cards or a boost. Right then the ads pop up and I have been tempted and been swayed twice. Both times my game froze, money deducted, progress lost. The app customer support refuses to take responsibility and say it’s Apple who will help. It’s seems a little convenient that it happens everytime. I’m done with the game!

If I could give negative stars I would. Full disclosure, I used to love this game, and I’ve actually completed every city and used to be anxiously awaiting the next city to be released. Something went seriously wrong with this game recently. They introduced these challenges that you play to win a daily token/reward, and it’s supposed to add up to bigger rewards, like new decks, frames, or souvenirs or game boosters. Fun idea, right? Sure if the app delivered what it’s supposed to. I have played every day, competed the challenge EVERY DAY, and never get the credit for earning the tokens, essentially been CHEATED out of the rewards that I’ve earned. And the support team’s response? “ Your internet connection is bad.” NOT!!! I’ve done all the troubleshooting suggested, checked my internet multiple times, etc.... I’ve reported the problem each time they’ve had a new release... the Octoberfest, the fall one, now the Halloween one, nothing has improved. For some dumb reason I keep playing and thinking well, maybe today will be better... nope! I’m an even bigger fool for spending a ton of money on this game, just to keep playing it. Can you tell I’m bitter? Ok rant over, hopefully getting that off my chest will help not just me, but prevent others from falling for the same trap. DON’T PLAY THIS GAME!!!!

This update is ridiculous. Daily login bonus is showing 0. Quests are all messed up only allowing one at a time with a 3 hour timer on them. You used to get three at a time and had unlimited time to beat them, but then had to wait for the timer for the new quest to be added. Landmark levels are either missing the objective, or the cards you are given make the objective impossible. For instance, get a red two and black three cleared. Kinda hard to do if you don’t get a three for the whole game. Support told me “all quests are possible with the help of power ups”. I’m sorry, last time I checked, there wasn’t a power up to change the face of a card...At least three times now, the game has crashed and when I start it back up, all my recent progress is deleted. It also takes back all the coins I’ve earned from the last three days. It’s like a glitch that it’s not saving anything from the last three days. I’ve contacted support. They don’t care. I used to love this game, but the bugs are horrid. And there’s nothing quite like losing three days of progress and earnings to make that delete button look awfully satisfying. Fix your crap or you’re going to lose all your faithful players.

For context: I’m a solitaire addict. I’m max level on Pyramid Solitaire Saga, 500+ levels in on Solitaire Grand Harvest. I’ve had this game a week and I’m on Sydney with all travel bonus upgrades so far. The claim that all landmark missions are winnable is a flat out lie. For example, requiring a Jack of Hearts to clear the mission and not having a single Jack (heart or otherwise) on the board=impossible. The regular missions are also highly skewed against the player. In the thousands of solitaire games I’ve played, on computer or manually, I’ve never gone 15+ cards in a row without a match, *for five consecutive games*!!! It’s obviously skewed to get you to use power ups and buy coins. I have spent plenty of money on other solitaire games where I felt I had a chance (I’m sure the Pyramid Saga team loves me hahaha). Not on this game. Once my coins go to zero, that’s it. Other issues: laggy on my iPhone 7. Really? It’s a solitaire game, why the need for such intensive CPU power? Also, I’ve never played a solitaire app that won’t let you play without a server connection. No offline play and sync later? It cuts me off mid-session if I hit a signal gap. The gameplay itself and graphics are nice, and I like the timer aspect for a star. But the stats need to be improved for players to at least have the feeling that they *might* have a chance, instead of throwing card after card away without a match.
