Install Real Selfie - A WYSIWYG Camera app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Pictures upside down

Allows you to take a pic without flipping sides BUT it's useless because all of the pictures are upside down. Can't rotate to be right side up in app.
