Install Math Nation app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Useless and Soul Sucking

this app is all in all a pretty useless teaching tool. My algebra teacher decided she wanted to teach us primarily via algebra nation videos all year, so as a result my friends and I all binge watched every single one of them the week before the exam. The videos are tedious and stupid and I promise you they did not help me at all, and I watched every algebra video twice. I still don’t even remember anything from algebra and I took it a year ago, like being primarily taught by this did not help me (obviously). The idea is good but spending literally days watching these videos for it to amount to absolutely nothing come exam time it’s a little bit disappointing and truly annoying. Thanks a lot this app, I literally will never look at a box of doughnuts or a cow the same ever again. Also you didn’t teach me algebra so like that was kind of the entire point of your existence. It might also be commented on that (while the tests don’t even work on the mobile app) they’re very repetitive and you can go from literally a 3/10 to a 7/10 to a 10/10 because the questions repeat themselves so much. this app is stupid and I literally hope beyond all hope that I’ll never have to waste my time on it again.

I have always struggled with my the app classes but was having an even more difficult time in algebra 1. I was struggling to score even a 70 on my exams. First I tried private tutoring and that did not help, and then my teacher recommended using this app. this app made it super easy to pin point which areas I needed to focus on more, and their practice problems were super helpful reinforcing the topics. After I started using this app I saw my grade improve dramatically, and I was even able to pull out an A for the nine weeks!

Don’t ever want to use it again

This is just a bad idea. Ever since I watched my first algebra Nation video they have all been difficult to retain information on. My teacher expects us to use this to study for our end of course exams and that in my opinion is not going to work. Every video I watch slips out of my mind three minutes later. I end up brainlessly copying down notes until my soul starts spewing out of my throat. I honestly don’t have a problem with anything but the actual content. Good website, good system, but the actual problem is that the videos focus on lots of teaching and minimal amounts of reinforcement. Maybe more on your own stuff or make beat the tests have you figure them out yourself.

Helped me get an A!

If it wasn’t for this app I would have never received an A in my algebra 1 class. I was struggling at the beginning of the year, barely passing my exams with a C. My teacher recommended private tutoring but that didn’t work as well. I heard about this app through a friend and I was amazed. Their videos were separated into different categories, the app was easy to navigate and the concepts were easy to understand. Thank you this app!
