Barely works
By Kittttttt (Pcmac user)
I only use the feature for booking classes, because I have to use it to reserve a spot. It is very slow to retrieve schedules and to reserve a spot, and requests often time out. It is as if the database is joining tables with 100K rows every time I make a request. If that is the case, build an index, or at least clear the schedules and reservations every quarter.

It’s just not very good

Not a very good app. Very confusing to use and doesn’t show me enough information about classes and about my profile.

So...I'm not really sure how to log in. I tried my the app net ID and password...and it didn't take it. I didn't want to try forgot my password because I didn't want to have my password reset (I know what it is and I like it.)
It would help if the login screen said what credentials I'm supposed to use!
On another note, it seems like the class information should be available without logging in -- after all it's on the web. I can understand needing to log in to register for a class...but the app has ZERO info when you're not logged in. The only button that worked was one that said "try us"...do I need to register for the app to use it...? I'm very confused.
I thought the other reviewer's app was unfair. Lots of apps have buggy starts -- what really matters is if the issues get fixed. Hopefully, I'll be able to update this review with a more favorable review in the future.
