Tracking is lacking

It's nice that the app lays out the course and offers tracking. My participant is already over a mile in and the app says they're still waiting to start; even after a force close and restart. It's hard to give this app anything more than 1 star when its main purpose is rendered essentially useless.
An hour in and still waiting to start

The live tracking, the only reason I registered for this app, has yet to begin working. My gf is 1 hour into the race... Update. It finally kicked on and now says she is at the end... Yeah, it has been this way of 40 minutes now...

Sadly, it didn't work. No one that I was around was able to do the live tracking of the runner they were trying to follow.
