Best app for Live Photo filters

This is hands down my favorite app for editing the appearance of Live Photos. The filters are great and I love that they are applied to the video portion as well. Lately I've been converting Live Photos to black and white and using them as lock screen backgrounds. My one feature request would be the ability to rotate the photos!

First, I love live pictures. I take some amazing ones of my children and two dogs. Now here is an app that can edit those pictures. My favorite feature is that you can make the picture into a gif video.

Doesn’t let you save Live Photo’s once you edit them

I paid $1.99 for this app because it specifically said it allows you to edit and save Live Photo’s. This is not true. It downloads your picture 98% and then repeatedly “fails”. I’ve sent three emails to tech support and heard nothing back. MAJOR RIPOFF I would give 0 stars if I could.
