Doesn’t work. I’m deleting it.

Just heard about this “great” app called the app Board. Went to download it tonight, but it prompted me to update to Boomerang instead. Ok... did that, loaded it on my kids’ iPhones, set the time out timer for 8pm (bedtime), and NOTHING HAPPENED AT 8pm. I went into my control and manually turned off their phones to see if it would work. When I turned them back on, all the apps that were neatly organized into folders were now spread across 3 pages and in alphabetical order. When I tried to correct what I thought was my mistake for the allowed online time, it wouldn’t save the times I put in after I hit SAVE. It was free, but it didn’t work. Eh...
Good basic parental controls missing from iOS

Overall a great Free alternative to other expensive offerings and is a good start to the issue of missing this app functionality on Apple devices. Using this to set times when my kids are allowed to use iPads (for instance Only after school and never after bedtime). Can also override the schedules you define to allow use of the iPad as needed. Nice that Parents can control the settings remotely from their own phone. Can be a pain to set up and the types of control parents are given access to are limited (both thanks to Apple and the way they lock down iOS). The app is a little buggy as the developers are apparently are in early stages, but support from the developers has been great.
Upset with Apple!!!

This is a great app, but Apple has decided this app was to competitive and much better than their update of Screen-time- which is a absolute joke! If you have an Apple phone you can no longer use this app for what it was made for. Apple will not allow them to update their profile onto the Apple platform. I loved this app, it helps Control screen time without loops holes. Anyone using screen-time it has many loops holes! It doesn’t work like this app. If I could change all of our phone I would. You can fully enjoy this app if you are on Droid. I hope the developers can find some way to convince Apple to add this app back to IOS systems.
Most comprehensive parental control app!

I paid the yearly subscription fee to upgrade from the free version, and I am so glad I did. I researched for a good, long time, and this is the most comprehensive, reasonably priced app I could find. It lets me limit (or add) screen time, which is nice, but one of the more unique features of this app is the ability to set a time-out. My child needs access to a phone for communication purposes, and this app is the perfect way to see that we still own the phone — the phone does not own us! I see no reason not to renew for another year.
