I have tried many different so called alarm clock apps, but so far, all had a requirement for the app to be in the forefront. If I would set the alarm, and then do a final email check, or end up playing a game in a bout of insomnia, I would have to remember to put the app back in the foreground before going back to sleep. Not with this app. It is demonstrating that one can start playing a radio station from an app running in the background. Makes all the difference.
What good is an alarm that doesn’t work?

I love all the features this app offered but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried testing it and it works fine but every time I’ve set it to wake me up, it hasn’t worked. I’ll get the short burst from the backup alarm but if that was enough to wake me up, I wouldn’t have downloaded this. I’m so disappointed because, if it worked, this would have been a lifesaver. I see this same issue in other reviews so why isn’t it addressed? The problem could be user error, of course, but there’s no information to help me correct that.
Better than my old radio alarm clock

This is a great app. I used to use an old alarm clock to wake me up but I was often making mistakes when setting it. Also the radio was never clear sounding, so I would wake up to the scary sound of static mixed with voices. Because of this I started using my phone as an alarm but I missed waking up to my favorite radio station. Problem solved! This app was very easy to use and I woke up easily this morning. I just wish the sleeper timer had more options. I would like to be able to set it to 20 or 30 minutes instead of the full hour.

Large selection of radio stations. I love the night clock feature where you can rotate the phone to landscape orientation and adjust the dim large numbers by a swipe.
