The game and the concepts of the time period, characters, etc. are all pretty well made and thought out. It eases you into it while also providing a fun atmosphere and sense of self-satisfaction. But, this app has some flaws preventing me from giving it a higher rating. The most annoying thing is that it loses connection constantly, even with a strong WiFi or cellular signal. When you’re in the middle of a match, you better hope your game doesn’t lose connection because you lose your diamonds you just bet. I made the mistake of betting 10,000 diamonds only to lose it all because the game lost connection. Secondly, there is no matching system to organize people into different groups of ranks; you often end up playing against someone who is 20 levels higher than you are, which usually doesn’t end well. Lastly, you can’t really do anything but wait the 3+ hours to get free gems once you run out (it’s going to happen). You can pay to get more gems, sure, but for those who aren’t able to pay there should be an added free game that if you win earns you maybe 50 gems a game. Something to prevent people from having to wait to play the game again. Otherwise, I do enjoy playing when there are no issues and I hope the app improves in the future so I can continue to play.

I really enjoy this game, BUT the animations at the end of each round are TOO LONG and frankly unnecessary, and lengthens the time between hands. I much rather prefer the interface within other King games when you finish a round. Some things that get annoying are the freeze lucky charm--it knows EXACTLY which cards you want to play in the next hand--and the fact that the lightning lucky charm isn't transferable when you discard a card. Also, it is kind of crap that they increased the price to play the mini game from two gold bars to seven, effectively ensuring that I'll never buy gold bars just to play the game. Overall, fun, but not something I'm going to spend money on.

I have to be honest and say that I do really like this object of this game but there are some major frustrations that make me delete the app and never play again. 1. There should be an option to play for lower gems without the “lucky charms”. 2. The Lucky Charm that gives your opponent the ability to remove points from you should be removed or at least be only for one of the higher gem levels. You don’t earn it until level 30 and you have people like me who aren’t anywhere near there yet but cannot win a single game when your opponent has this lucky charm enabled. With that being said, I would never spend money on this game because at least 50% or more of your games you will lose because you never had a fair chance. Please consider making some adjustments and I will definitely play more and I would actually spend some money to have gems and continue play.

Okay, first let me say that I LOVE this game. However it's so irritating when the bored gets full and they clear it. Obviously it's necessary to be able to lay more cards down however my issue is that it's cleared as soon as the last spot is filled without giving the other player a chance to lay something down. Confused?? Let me try to explain. So my opponent lays down a 9, 10, & and Jack and discards a card so now the bored is full and it gets cleared but say I have the queen and king to the set which would win me the game if I had a chance to lay my cards down before the bored got cleared. That's my issue with the game that almost makes me not want to play anymore because it happens all the time and it drives me crazy especially when my opponent ends up winning the match. Once a player fills the bored their opponent should have a chance to lay down any cards before it gets cleared.
