Install Whiteboard - Sketch, Doodle and Share app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

The screen flickers everytime you draw, the marker sizes are not very useful, and the customization is minimal. Not worth your cash.
