The other reviews had me worrying, but the app works fine on iPhone X. It took my 9yo a few tries to figure out the app, but then he was off and solving his cube. I like that there are different challenges to unlock to keep him interested and teach him how the cube actually works.
We like it!

It takes a little tinkering but that’s part of the learning process! Definitely has the kids intrigued.

Can’t play because the scan process doesn’t work. I have tried to contact the developer twice now and haven’t had a response. I really wanted this product to work. No info in the packaging about return or refund.

Like many of the other reviewers, it scans all sides of the cube and then tells you that the lighting was too dark or too light. We got it to work on our iPad after multiple tries but have never gotten it to work on an iPhone X.
