Download and install the Insta Neon™ Pro Light FX Photo Editor app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

To get Insta Neon on Windows 11, check if there's a native Insta Neon Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Insta Neon:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.

Just Bad for Several Reasons

Speaking as an Apple Developer, this app is substandard. It is amazing that Apple even allowed this since it fails to follow their Human Interface Guidelines.
1. It DOES NOT have the standard Export pop up interface.
2. If you choose to save a photo to a photo album, you have to TYPE THE ALBUM NAME. You are not presented with a pop up list of albums. That is just lazy programming.
3. When saving a photo, I typed in the name of an album, Nature, and the app showed a message the pic was saved. Only thing is, the photo was not in that album.... or any other album.
4. When attempting to resize text or a sticker, it stops at some arbitrary size about the size of a postage stamp. No excuse for this limitation/ restriction.
This sad app should never have been released.

Terrible App

First off it won't let you save images to your camera roll only within the app which is convenient for the developer to force you to send/spam via email or txt. Next, it doesn't even send the full image with neon txt embedded. Whether it's a bug or not (maybe to force purchase of full version?) its poorly designed.

Terrible interface. Frustrating to use. Can't scale photos or even move them. Noting on this app functions like it should. The "neon" is dull and doesn't give the impression of being lit. Just an endless list of bad.
