It worked for me in this situation

This worked fine for me - you can watch it processing each slide of your deck as it goes through. The cross-device aspect also seems to work: my the app played and looked correct on my iPad. I suspect that folks who are reporting it isn’t working for them are using non-permissioned fonts. The fonts in my pres were Bebas Neue (a free font from Font Squirrel, dafont, etc.) and Open Sans, a free Google font. They are both OTFs but since they are widely available on the web for free, they must have open permissions in their formatting. I’ll bet if I tried this with an Adobe or House Industries font, it would not work. Just speculating. So keep this in mind when purchasing.
Does just what it says it will do

It works flawlessly. It can generate two kinds of output: “universal” doens’t embed your fonts, it makes bitmaps out of them in the destination Power Point doc — looks perfect. The other kind, “editable”, actually does embed fonts in the .pptx file. Use that approach if you want a document you or a recipient can open on Windows and modify (but you still won’t be able to modify the .pptx on your Mac). Those two approaches pretty much cover the universe of possible solutions to this annoying Microsoft limitation. I’m grateful the software developer identified this niche and filled it.
The one and only app that’s worth the money

I use Powerpoint a lot. Like, literraly A LOT. But anytime I want to present powerpoints that I made on other devices, my fonts were gone. Mac has no font saving feature embedded within the Powerpoint program so I had to try this app out. I guess I paid more than $20 for the full version that doesn’t show watermark of their own. Up to this date, my $20 something is helping me a lot. Thank you developers!

I’ve been using this app for quite some time now and am absolutely thrilled with it. This app delivers everything it says it will and DOES NOT CRASH!!! Yay! It’s quick and effiicient and embeds all my fonts with a click of the mouse. If I had to change anything about this app, it would be…hmmmm…nope, it’s perfect!
