2. Collect the full series of Train Driver "Journeys" and travel the world in charge of heavy freight, modern high speed passenger or old time steam locos.

3. Each "Journey" is a stand-alone app or you can purchase many of the same Routes and Sessions via in-app purchase from our "Trainz Driver 2" and "Trainz Simulator 2" apps which also provide the amazing World Builder module to create your own tracks.

4. Note: Some content listed has been included in previous versions of the Trainz series, although new locos and sessions are being added all the time.

Beautiful simulation. But...

The Trainz sim series are the best simulators on the iOS in my opinion. Ive played it for a while and all of a sudden the audio became totally scrambled. It's so bad you can't even play, I hope this gets attention please let me know how to fix the problem.
No updates, graphics bugs.

Lighting looks like giant square boxes in the sky. No iOS updates in years for Trainz products. On Trainz driver 2 the developer admitted there is a paid dlc download issue that keeps prompting users to download the same scenery again (winter in the alps) even after its installed. They said “fixing it isn’t a priority as mobile hasn’t been profitable” when I emailed them. Not fixed two years later but they are still pushing loads of dlc in this broken app. This developer has abandoned mobile; don’t buy until updated.
Good but glitchy

I love playing all the versions of this series, but sound files on most are mostly static. Also, once you get used to playing without sound other things go wrong, like a load of cars you’re told to pick up are not there and the junctions are locked so you can’t even go anywhere to look for cars. Still, it’s fun and I keep playing.
Broken Levels?

Enjoy the game, played 1-7. Seems like 1-2 scenarios per game were impossible due to bad switches causing derailment, no cars to trigger next switch, etc. in addition there are a few VERY quick speed transitions with little to no warning. Overall very good, a bit of tweaking away from a 5.
