This is a cute attempt to replicate an Uber-like service in the small town of Colima. You are better off by walking at a major street, extend your hand to ride a regular taxi. It took about 7 attempts to validate the code to register my account. Each time with a different error code ranging from “this number is already registered” to simply “error”. The app estimated that my driver would arrive within 5 minutes. However, the driver called after about 7 minutes later asking if I really wanted the service and then asking for my address. After about 20 minutes I tried calling the driver back but he didn’t answer initially. He answered on my 4th attempt after more than 1 hr. saying that I canceled the service immediately after requesting it. So, I asked if it was easy to find my address then he said that my neighborhood didn’t exist. Then, he admitted that he was across the the street in the opposite direction but he felt embarrassed to call me back because he was so late. After all those lies he offer to pick me up but I decided to cancel and get a regular taxi. I was really excited by seen an attempt to bring Uber or Uber-like to Colima, but I guess they are still too far out. They don’t even meet the bare minimum service requirements of a world class service like Uber.
